By using biddirectory.homes or purchasing a listing, you agree to these Terms and the Rules. biddirectory.homes is a public leaderboard where position is determined by the current bid.
Bids are made in whole US dollars with a $1 minimum. Higher bids rank above lower bids; equal bids retain their existing order. A bid may be no more than $100 above the current top. Positions can change whenever another website bids more.
Submitting the same canonical URL raises the existing listing instead of creating a duplicate. The checkout charge is only the difference between the existing bid and the new selected bid.
Listings may represent bid directories, AI tools, growth products, SaaS, and other lawful public websites. Chat or invite links, link shorteners, adult content, impersonation, malware, deceptive downloads, unlawful products, and misleading duplicates are prohibited. We may refuse or remove listings that violate these Terms or the Rules.
Payments are processed by Creem. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. A later rank change, fewer clicks than expected, or removal for a rules violation does not create a right to a refund.
Click counts are informational and may include repeated or automated visits. We do not promise traffic, sales, uninterrupted availability, a particular rank duration, or the accuracy of third-party content.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, biddirectory.homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the leaderboard or a linked website.
